We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Chef Trainer to support the implementation, and delivery of kitchen crew training programs across Lebanon for individuals with disabilities. The Assistant Chef Trainer will work closely with the lead Chef Trainer and the shareQ team support hands-on cooking sessions, and guide beneficiaries in developing food preparation, hygiene skills.

ShareQ is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Assistant Chef Trainer to support aspiring kitchen staff in building practical culinary competencies. The assistant will help coordinate training activities, support participants during practical sessions, and contribute to their successful integration into the hospitality sector or small food production initiatives.

• Support the delivery of hands-on kitchen training in an inclusive and interactive environment.
• Guide participants during food preparation, cooking activities, and practical exercises.
• Reinforce hygiene, safety standards.
• Monitor trainees during sessions and provide basic feedback under the supervision of the lead trainer
• Coordinate with the shareQ team to ensure smooth implementation of training activities.

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in professional kitchens, culinary training support, or internship/apprenticeship experience
• Knowledge of kitchen safety and food hygiene standards.
• Experience assisting in training or mentoring kitchen staff is preferred.
• Previous experience with NGOs, social enterprises, or vulnerable groups is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a hands-on training environment.
