We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Entrepreneurship Trainer to design, implement, and deliver training programs that support individuals with disabilities in starting and managing their own businesses. The trainer will be responsible for coordinating with shareQ team for preparation of inclusive and practical entrepreneurship curricula, delivering workshops, coaching beneficiaries on business planning, and guiding them through the steps of launching sustainable income-generating activities. The role involves both in-office preparation and field engagement through sessions and mentorship meetings.

ShareQ, through its ProAbled Academy, is seeking a motivated and skilled Entrepreneurship Trainer to empower aspiring entrepreneurs. The trainer will coordinate training activities, assess participants’ needs, and provide tailored support to help them develop viable business models. 

• Coordinate with shareQ team on preparation of training material
• Deliver entrepreneurship workshops and capacity-building sessions.
• Guide trainees to build and deliver a small business model/plan to justify their vision and financial needs.
• Document sessions, gather feedback, and report progress.
• Collaborate with outreach and M&E teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business coaching, entrepreneurship training, project coordination, or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Previous experience in NGOs, training programs, or enterprise support initiatives is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (excel, Word).
