shareQ is seeking an experienced and dedicated Soft Skills Trainer to provide structured training sessions focused on employability and workplace integration. The trainer will demonstrate a high level of professionalism in supporting beneficiaries to develop key soft skills such as communication, job interview skills, body language, teamwork, and time management.

• Conduct training sessions to educate beneficiaries on job search tools and techniques, including resume writing, cover letter preparation, and effective job search strategies.
• Demonstrate professionalism and expertise in helping beneficiaries develop their soft skills, such as job interview techniques, body language, communication skills, and time management.
• Provide personalized guidance and feedback to individuals, addressing their specific needs and challenges related to work readiness and job search.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure training content aligns with beneficiaries' requirements and the evolving demands of the job market.
• Assist beneficiaries in identifying and overcoming barriers to employment, fostering a growth mindset, and enhancing their confidence.
• Monitor and evaluate beneficiaries' progress, offering ongoing support and adjusting training approaches as needed.
• Prepare comprehensive reports outlining the content and progress of training sessions for approval and documentation purposes.

• Proven minimum 3 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, HR, or any other relevant position.
• Proficiency in job search platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English language.
• Previous experience in training for youth.
