Food Products for Meal

Introduction

shareQ is a Lebanese NGO (registration number 1206/2012). M Social Catering is a food unit under shareQ NGO specialized in cooking and distributing meals, and snacks designed for emergencies and targeting vulnerable communities, schools, IDP centers and NGOs.  

shareQ is looking to collaborate with suppliers who provide us with several food products related to meal production. Interested suppliers are required to provide their best price quotations for each food product listed in the following financial offer. The pricing should be competitive and inclusive including the taxes.  

Description

All quotations for the project must be submitted using the financial offer attached and it is important to ensure that the required details are accurately filled. Furthermore, more than one supplier is welcome to submit their respective quotations, and each submission will be thoroughly evaluated based on the specified criteria. 

Submission Of Proposals:

Interested suppliers are requested to submit their proposals by email with title "Food Product Proposal" to the electronic address mentioned below. The proposals should include the following: 

  • Company profile and contact information. 

  • Prices in USD 

  • Certificate of registration in the Ministry of Finance (شهادة تسجيل في السجل التجاري + الإذاعة التجارية + شهادة التسجيل في وزارة المالية + شهادة تسجيل في الضريبة على القيمة المضافة (في حال وجودها))). 

  • The financial offer should be signed and stamped. 

  • Samples are required and should be sent to Antoura, ShareQ Office 

Any offer doesn't include all the specified conditions or terms mentioned above, it will be considered ineligible

We reserve the right to accept or reject any proposal without providing any reason thereof.  
The decision taken by our NGO’s management will be final. We look forward to receiving your proposals.
